I am here to help and tell you you are not alone and that it can get better.  I am here to help you process and work through your story to see brighter days ahead. I am trained in perinatal mental health.

Mental Wellness Parenting

Parenting has no manual we simply figure it out as we go. There can be a lot of tears, anxiety, confusion and moments that may feel like a failure. But what if I told you that you are not alone and there are many other parents winging it too with their mental stressors that rise day to day! With mental  wellness parenting therapy we go through the process of owning the ups and downs with your mental stressors that have impacted your parenting in a healthy way. We explore ways to manage your patterns of stress or anxiety that seeps into your parenting tactics that may be hindering parent child relationships but also hindering your ability to be the best parental version of yourself. We work towards embracing self care, self compassion and so much more.  We work as a team to get you through some of the times that may feel like there is no hope and you are weighed down.
